Aggregate / Cement Plant
Our rich heritage, sound work ethic and proven quality have been our trademark of success for companies within the cement industry.
Our services have entailed equipment such as baghouse conversions, conveyor and conveyor upgrades, tanks, silos, air pollution control equipment as well as the mechanical installation of these items across the United States. Our 45 man field crew is MSHA certified for both above and below ground for cement plant applications. We are licensed in 44 states and have installed stackers, bucket elevators, material handling equipment, piping, conveyors of all types and application, thimble replacement, tipping valve repairs, wear plate liner installation and air slides to name a few of the typical types of equipment.
Lead Smelter
As a diversified steel fabricator and erector based in Lancaster, PA. Our 175,000 square feet, 175 employees, ASME, AWS, AISC certification and quality workmanship enable us to be a viable source for any lead smelter project's steel fabrication requirements.
We also provide non-union installation services and have successfully completed lead smelting projects at many locations throughout the United States. Our field crews are licensed in 44 states. We can offer you an economical solution to your lead smelter repairs, new equipment fabrication and installation as well as plant maintenance for your shutdown needs.
Food Handling Equipment
We have fabricated and installed a wide and diverse range of equipment for the food handling and beverage industries over the years. Our experience includes equipment such as bins, hoppers, duct collectors, chutes and process skids.
Our knowledge and capabilities allow us to create the components for your food processing line as well as install it. We can customize these pieces to meet and special needs that may be required.
ASME Code Work & Pressure Vessels
We are an ASME board-certified designer, fabricator and installer in possession of our ASME Section XIII, Division 1 U, R and S stamps. Whether the material requirement is standard carbon steel, various types of stainless steel, hastalloy, monel, C20, inconell or any other exotic high-nickel alloy, Goodhart Sons, Inc. has the expertise and experience to design, fabricate and install a variety of different types and sizes of tanks and vessels.
We utilizes the latest 2D and 3D CAD software for pressure vessel design and data sheet preparation. Our quality control department implements in-process and final inspections to ensure that all requirements of the code are met or exceeded. We work with a number of 3rd party inspectors as required by the stringent requirements of the ASME code.
Marcellus Shale Applications
Our 175,000 square foot fabrication facility is located in a close proximity to the region with onsite millwrights, riggers, pipefitters, electricians and insulators places us in a unique position to be a viable single source solution for your Marcellus Shale applications needs.
We are a national board-certified designer, fabricator and installer of ASME tanks and vessels. We are in possession of our ASME Section XIII, Division 1 U, R and S stamps and have the resources to align with PLC Programmers and electrical panel builders.
