Celebrating Excellence: Tool Buckets Awarded to Outstanding Students
Jul 2025
At Goodhart Sons, Inc., we believe that investing in the future of our industry starts with empowering the next generation of skilled workers. We’re proud to partner with local technical schools and programs that share our passion for welding, fabrication, and craftsmanship.
Last month, we were honored to present four standout students from Lancaster County Career & Technology Center: Cole Dimitris, Davis Oppenheim, Carley Groff, and Jayven Keys, and one standout student from Clarion County Career Center, Bethany Seitz with tool buckets for their future careers. These students have demonstrated not only technical skill and dedication, but also a strong work ethic and commitment to the welding and fabrication trade.
The tool bucket, supplied by Goodhart Sons, recognizes students who have gone above and beyond in the classroom and in the shop. Each recipient received a collection of tools to help launch their careers; an investment in their future, and in the future of American manufacturing.
GSI is especially proud to welcome two of this year’s recipients, Jayven Keys and Cole Dimitris, to the Goodhart Sons team. Their hard work and drive align perfectly with our values, and we’re excited to support their continued growth as they take the next step in their careers with GSI.
At Goodhart Sons, our commitment to workforce development goes beyond the shop floor. From partnering with local schools to mentoring emerging talent, we remain dedicated to cultivating a strong pipeline of skilled welders and fabricators who are ready to shape the future of our industry.
Congratulations to all five of this year’s students and thank you for inspiring us with your passion and potential.
