Celebrating the Retirement of Gary Goodhart

This month, we celebrate the retirement of Gary Goodhart, marking the close of an era for the third generation of Goodhart leadership.

Over the course of Gary’s career, he played a key role in guiding the company to exponential growth in sales by the time of his retirement. He witnessed and helped steer major transitions — from sheet metal work to heavy plate fabrication, and from installing small systems to tackling large, complex projects across the country.

Gary is the last of his brothers — Frank, Randy, and Dave — to retire, leaving behind a strong legacy and an even stronger foundation for the fourth generation. Today, his three sons — Marc, Matt, and Chad — all continue to carry that legacy forward as part of the family business.
