Our Annual Employee Appreciation Event was filled with genuine gratitude, shared stories, and plenty of good food. Leaders spoke about the importance of experience and teamwork, and we all took time to connect — something that doesn’t happen often enough in the hustle of daily work.

We also highlighted several standout contributions from the past year including safety leadership to solutions in the field, from mentorship within teams to collaborative problem-solving with our partners.
