Earlier this month, our team had the opportunity to speak at the Lancaster Chamber’s Excellence Exchange, where we pulled back the curtain on how we hire, onboard, and grow the next generation of talent.

With an audience of Lancaster-area business leaders, we walked through the people-focused practices that have shaped our 90-year, four-generation company — from intentional hiring and hands-on development to creating opportunities with local schools and building a strong pipeline for the trades.

We also talked about what truly sustains Goodhart Sons: investing in our people and honoring the values that guide us — Sense of Urgency, Commitment, and The Golden Rule.
