Generational Leadership at Goodhart Sons Featured in The Fabricator

Jan 2025

We’re excited to share that members of the Goodhart Sons’ team were recently featured in The Fabricator in an article titled, “The Changing of the Guard at a Family-Owned Fabrication Shop.”

The piece highlights our company’s generational leadership transition, focusing on the promotion of Wyatt Imhoff and Cameron Leakey to superintendent roles as they follow in the footsteps of their fathers, Scott Imhoff and Jody Leakey. It’s a story that underscores our commitment to family values, legacy, and cultivating talent from within.

We’re honored to have our story shared in a publication as respected as The Fabricator.
