Goodhart Sons, Inc. Receives the President’s Award Again for Outstanding Safety Performance

We’re proud to share that Goodhart Sons, Inc. has once again been presented with the President’s Award by our Property and Casualty Insurance Captive group for the 2023 policy year (May 2023 to May 2024).

This award recognizes companies that exemplify exceptional safety performance and a strong safety culture. The eligibility criteria includes maintaining a loss ratio below 10% and this year we were able to achieve a loss ratio of 8.89%. Additionally, our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) was finalized at .804—the lowest in our company’s history.

We’re incredibly proud of our team for making this possible. This award isn’t just about the numbers, it’s a reflection of the daily choices our employees make to prioritize safety, look out for one another, and live out our values in every task.
