MSHA Training

At Goodhart Sons, safety is our top priority. As part of our commitment to creating a safe and secure work environment, we ensure that our employees undergo comprehensive Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA Part 46) training. MSHA focuses on enhancing safety practices in mining and related aggregate processing industries.

Last month we had our New Miner Training, as well as an annual 8-hour refresher course for our Installation team. We frequently do work in the cement and aggregate industry, and in the context of cement and aggregate plants, MSHA training plays a critical role in safeguarding the well-being of our team members. Cement and aggregate production involve intricate processes, heavy machinery, and potential hazards that demand a thorough understanding of safety protocols. MSHA training equips our employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and mitigate risks associated with mining operations, ensuring a safer workplace for everyone.

By adhering to MSHA standards, we prioritize the health and safety of our workforce, minimize the likelihood of accidents, and promote a culture of vigilance and responsibility. This commitment not only complies with regulatory requirements but also underscores our dedication to excellence in all aspects of our operations.

At Goodhart Sons, we believe that a well-trained workforce is a safer workforce. Our investment in MSHA training reflects our unwavering commitment to the welfare of our employees, fostering a workplace where everyone can thrive while contributing to the success of our company.
