Preserving a Tradition: Goodhart Sons’ Golf Invitational 2025

Jul 2025

This past May marked a special occasion for Goodhart Sons, as we hosted our golf invitational in benefit to Hospice and Community Care of Lancaster, PA. After a six-year hiatus since 2017, we were thrilled to revive this beloved event in 2024 and now once again in 2025, gathering employees, family, friends, and community members at the beautiful Crossgates Golf Club.

The day was filled with friendly competition and laughter, as teams took to the course at 1:00 to tee off. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, adding to the excitement as participants enjoyed the lush greens and stunning views Crossgates has to offer.

We are proud to announce that through the generous support of our sponsors and participants, we raised $27,475. All proceeds were donated to Hospice and Community Care of Lancaster, PA, a cause near and dear to our hearts. Goodhart Sons has been an active donor to Hospice of Lancaster since 1998 and will continue to do so through invitationals like this.

In true tournament fashion, the day wrapped up with cash prizes, raffles, and trophies, recognizing the top players and teams. But beyond the awards and accolades, the real win was the opportunity to connect with friends and celebrate a meaningful cause.

GSI is hoping that this tournament will continue to be an annual tradition, and we’re already in discussions about next year’s invitational. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success!
