Recognizing the People and Partners Behind 90 Years of Success

Oct 2025

Last week, we gathered with our employees and valued partners and vendors for a special luncheon to commemorate 90 years in business. It was a heartfelt moment to pause and say ‘thank you’ to the people and partners who have been part of our journey.

We were honored to hear from Kevin Smith, Managing Director at Graham Company in Philadelphia—one of our longest-tenured vendors—who shared meaningful words about the strength of long-standing relationships. Heather Valudes, President and CEO of the Lancaster Chamber, spoke about the vital role manufacturing plays in Lancaster’s economy and community. And we were deeply appreciative to Stephen Ranck, representing Congressman Lloyd Smucker’s office, for presenting Goodhart Sons with a Citation of Record recognizing this milestone anniversary.

As a fourth-generation, family-owned company, reaching 90 years is both a celebration of our history and a reminder of our commitment to the future by continuing to invest in our people, our craft, and our community.

Here’s to 90 years of craftsmanship, relationships, and growth, and to the next chapter ahead. Keep an eye out for more posts about our current employee and retiree event that we hosted at Lancaster Country Club!
