Resurrecting a Tradition: Goodhart Sons’ Golf Invitational 2024
Oct 2024
This past month marked a special occasion for Goodhart Sons, as we brought back our long-standing tradition of hosting a golf invitational. After a six-year hiatus since 2017, we were thrilled to revive this beloved event, gathering approximately 100 golfers at the beautiful Iron Valley Golf Club.
The day was filled with friendly competition and laughter, as employees, friends, and vendors all took to the course. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, adding to the excitement as participants enjoyed the lush greens and stunning views Iron Valley has to offer.
We are proud to announce that through the generous support of our sponsors and participants, we raised over $15,000. All proceeds were donated to Hospice and Community Care of Lancaster, PA, a cause near and dear to our hearts.
In true tournament fashion, the day wrapped up with cash prizes, raffles, and trophies, recognizing the top players and teams. But beyond the awards and accolades, the real win was the opportunity to connect with friends and celebrate a meaningful cause.
We’re hoping that this tournament will once again become an annual tradition, and we’re already in discussions about next year’s invitational. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success!
