Strengthening Leadership from the Inside Out

At Goodhart Sons, we believe strong leadership is key to maintaining a safe, productive, and people-centered workplace. That’s why we’re always looking for opportunities to invest in the growth of our team; not just in skill, but in mindset and character.

Over the last several months, members of our leadership team participated in a multi-session training series called KAIROS^SM, led by Jeff Spatz of Graham Company out of Philadelphia. As part of the KAIROS^SM Safety Culture Program, the training focused on building a culture where safety and leadership go hand in hand, and where every team member feels inspired to lead by example, every day.

The sessions explored topics like forging stronger leaders, fostering accountability and ownership, reaching different generations, and increasing each person’s ability to influence others. Designed to be practical and personalized, the training encouraged reflection, peer discussion, and real-world application, both at work and at home.

We’re grateful to Jeff for guiding these conversations and to our team leaders for leaning into the process with humility, openness, and a willingness to grow.
